I have sent a couple of emails to this company but not had any response so I’m hoping someone can help me out. I have an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro and wondered how difficult this is to install and if I need to do anything special? I’m hoping that if I order this great looking device that I’ll actually receive and receive it faster than the email reply I’m still waiting on 🤣
