No matter what I do this thing keeps sending either the left or right side filaments in together, causing a jam in the Y adapter, which causes the brass fitting to pop off inside of the fimalmet loader. I cant use this at all. I've taken it apart and I don't see anything that could be causing it. There is lack of any proper documentation so troubleshooting is mostly guess work. Hell I don't even know what extruder is considered T0. This has taken up way too much of my time all for one 2 color calibration cube that I was able to print, and that came out like garbage. Did I just throw away my money and time?

Hi, I just finished putting together my new kit. I was trying to get ity loaded and I think it jammed wich made the tube pop out of the motor housing. Is there a good video on taking one of these apart? I saw one where it was being built, but Im worried that I may break something so Id like to see if there is a procedure. What are the fittings called and what size are they, so I can get some replacements? Also is there a cheat sheet with the commands so I can load it without a lot of guesswork and or running to my PC trying to parse out what does what?
