Upgraded firmware to Mk4 but now no motor movement

I followed the instructions for upgrading the firmware to version Mk4. Now the motors do not move. If I press the switch I get no pulses that I can feel like I did before the upgrade. I tried applying the firmware twice and both times it was successful per the instructions. I would like to downgrade to the Mk3 to see if it fixes it but I cannot locate the files unless it is the Mk2 version. Please advise.

Bill when I try thr burn Bootloader I get this error

Arduino: 1.8.19 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Uno"

avrdude: Error: Could not find USBtiny device (0x2341/0x49)

Error while burning bootloader.

Are you using the UNO as a programmer? If so, you need to set the programmer as the Arduino as ISP.

Yes I just figured this out I played with it until it worked Arduino as ISP now everything is working on the MK4 firmware. Thank you for the quick reply

Use the Mk4 firmware again, but make sure you update the Bootloader first. That is a critical step and will cause exactly the issue you're seeing if it isn't done prior to the update.

Just figured that out. The burn bootloader piece was unclear to me that I needed to keep the Arduino connected to the PC and the Chameleon at the same time. I was thinking that the firmware updated was all I needed. It seems to be working as expected now. Thanks for the quick response. I finally got my Ender extruder parts in and ready to test again tomorrow. Thanks again.
