Having issues correting Mk3 Gcode from generator. Currently, one main issue I'm having is that T0 load doesn't last long enough for filament to reach the direct extruder. Must be a simple fix but still unclear if/how to change any of the automated features on the chameleon side or how to go about this. Any help greatly appreciated

Ok... it looks like you're combining two different modes of operation and/or installation methods... either the 3DChameleon is acting as the extruder (Mode 1 - Advanced Installation), or you're loading/unloading your stock extruder (Mode 2/3 - Basic Installation.) But it can't be both... they're mutually exclusive. The GCode Generator only supports the Basic Installation... the Advanced Installation (which you physically have set up) requires a lot more work to get working. The Basic Installation should be feeding into your stock extruder, which will feed into the hot end. So, which installation method are you looking for? If you're wanting the advanced, then you need to make sure the stock electronic's extruder wire is connected to the 3DChameleon's extruder, as the stock firmware will drive it directly. You'll also need to follow our advanced installation videos (download our Ender 3 V2 profile) and implement the ReverseDrive.py post processor to allow all four drives to spin the correct direction.
If you want the basic installation, just reinstall your stock extruder (or a suitable replacement, like the BMG clone) and feed the Y adapter into it. Then you can use the gcode generator. Bill
