I have my 3dclippy extruder mount all printed assembled and mounted and the chamelon top mount ready. I'm still printing out some spool holders so I have somplace to put my spools before actually mounting the chameleon on the printer. If you are looking for good cheap way to spring the 3dclippy I got a huge amount of hair tie rubber bands from the health and beauty aisle of the grocery store for like a buck and a half and it has about 50 dime sized rubber bands in it. I'm wondering, do we need to adjust the bed size to accomodate the lost distance due to the 3d clippy arm and the trigger switch to get the extruder head to know it has a smaller range of motion? Seems like we would?!?

I got the 3DChameleon and the SV06 3DClippy extruder adapter mounted. Added the custom Tool change GCode generated from your website. Ready to test but wondering if there is something I need to do to trigger the 3DClippy action.
Is there additional Gcode needed to tell the printer to cut on each filament change? In case it matters I set my printer to home on the opposite side of the cutter so it wouldn't cut the filament every time I homed.
Yes, the left 20mm of the build area is cut off.
