Putting filament to be used.

This may seem silly, but I cant for the life of me actually add filament into the 3D chameleon. I’m able to insert filament into the printer on the 1 and 2 hole, but not the 3 and 4. I’m using the MK3 if that helps.

Thanks, I’ve just inserted everything, it’s expecting to start the print with no filament in the hot end? just every one of them loaded an inch before the adapter?
