Hi Mike,
Here's the model: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9TsdQA9Jlpn-3dchameleon-4-1-y-adapter Just be aware, that is not resin printed... they're polycarbonate injection molded... I've never used printed ones. The PC gave the smooth texture we needed... so if you print it, you might have to polish the inside to get a smooth flow.
