Looking for any Octoprint users. I am using Octoprint on a Raspberry Pi 3. Do I need to modify the parameters of my printer profile on the Octoprint server also to have 4 extruders like in Prusa Slicer?
Any help is appreciated.

Yes, if you don't it will throw "unknown tool" errors. Technically, they can be ignored, but a lot of folks don't like to see the message in the logs/display. If Octoprint knows about the dimensions of the printer, and you've move the switch to outside the normal dimensions to trigger it, you'll also want to expand the working area to include it as well.
