I've tinkered with the code quite a bit and it works pretty well aside from the occasional missed feed. I'm looking for any suggestions and examples of code to really dial it in. Thanks in advance.

I'm also contemplating tearing the extruder down and removing the metal feeding tube so that the ptfe can be placed directly in front of the gears if thats possible.
So... the real question is dial what in? Are you just looking for code to dial in the loading? Can you describe the issue you're having with the occasional missed feed? Is it not loading or is it not pulling it back out through the Y adapter or some other issue? Also, is it blobbing when reloading or oozing? There are points in the gcode where you can tune the loading distances... it's always best to load a little short and allow the filament to reach the tip during the purge block, I've found. You can actually tune it very close to optimal that way.
The defaults are +1.0 and .0 offset for the inner... the outside ones are +1.5 and -.25 offset... so the new ones will move the filament closer to the drive gears... and increase the preload compression on the inner ones by .5mm.

Any pics of tips you might have to show the issue would be helpful to help me diagnose it.
