I want to buy a Chameleon3D for my Prusa Mini+ ; wondering about purge blob strategy

in Getting Started

I have a Prusa MK3S+ with an MMU2S unit and BigBrain3D Retractable Purge Mechanism.

I think Chameleon's approach to getting rid of blobs is faster than the one used on the BigBrain3D Retractable Purge Mechanism .

Has anyone tried both ?

Really, we don't have a purge strategy, as that's a function of the slicer. So, I wouldn't expect any differences. For example, in PrusaSlicer, the purge strategy we use is nearly identical to theirs... It's all about tuning it properly for each filament. Bill
