Just following up with this one as i have recently picked a 3dChameleon up. Is the SV06 profile for prusa slicer fine to use for the sv06 plus? will there be any changes needed to the gcode initial location of button line? I think i grasp the installation process for swapping the back left bearing holder.
You'll want to change the Y217 values in Start Gcode and Tool Change to Y297. You'll also want to change the Y220 value in Start Gcode to Y300. You may also have to mess with the extruder feed settings in the Tool Change gcode as well, but I'd test it as is first after making the other changes.
When testing, filament loads on all four colors. My issue now is that the print starts and never hits the button to load filament. Using the 3DClippy on SV06 plus with flag bearing housing on the left rear. Using the Prusaslicer profile from Printables. However, once the print starts, it never hits the button to load the filamament. In the following line, G0 X20 Y217 F2000 ; Â <<----- Â EDIT THIS LINE TO SET THE INITIAL LOCATION OF THE BUTTON - note the new X for holding for cut, should the Y position be Y300 since that is the position where the button is triggered? Tried that but it still never triggers. Print starts with out filament loaded.
Also, during bed probe, the last row triggers the button during all final probes. Not sure if that is causing an issue.
So, I just got everything installed and loaded filament. Went to run the test instructions and that is when it went bad. The Chameleon made an aweful grinding sound and parts fell out. I found a small grub screw but it appears as though a bearing or gear or something fell out that I have been unable to find. Left side.
But the button still goes in relatively the same place... it moves forward to hit it, but it uses the back left bearing cover to actually hit the switch.
Are you using the 3DClippy on it? If so, then you should be using my Sovol SV-06 Profile from the Printables page... it is already configured. (I highly recommend using the 3DClippy, as it eliminates the need for tip shaping and tuning each filament.)

I just noticed something. For the SV06 Plus, the button goes on the back left versus the front?
