I've finally completed my physical install of the 3D Chameleon system on my Ender 3 Neo printer. I followed the instructions and loaded all the filaments to the 1" mark before the Y adapter. I configued PrusaSlicer as specified, added the 4 Extruders and Single Extruder Multi Material check boxes in General Settings, measured the distance for my button location that is and other distance and seconds required in the GCode Generator for MK3 Mode 3, copied to the Tool change G-code, sliced an test print, and sent to printer and the filament never loads to the hotend and the printer just goes through motions of printing with no filament. What am I missing?

Is the model you're printing a multi-color model? If you're printing a single color, the slicer won't inject the tool change gcode and you simply load the exturder the normal way.
