ah so I am currently running into an issue where when its running through the startup, it loads T0 and then switches to T1 and tries to load it while T0 is still loaded. I used the Generator and the test job. I am using Prusa slicer and an Ender 3 v2

It's pretty relaxed throughout, until it gets to the piece where the y adapter goes into to the extruder. As soon as it goes through the PTFE coupler it gets really tight, half the time it pushes it through, but the other half the time gets stuck and I have to give it a little love

@Bill After messing with it for about a week and a half I cant get it to reliably push all of the filament through. I have disassembled and reassembled the kit at least 5 times trying to realign and I'm coming to my wits end here. There always seems to be at least 1 if not 2 paths that get stuck halfway through the tube due to the misaligned gears. I believe the issues lies in something with the size of the preassembled part not lining up with the gears provided. I do not have calipers to measure exactly how far off it is either.

@Bill I will mess around with offsetting it tomorrow, but I just saw your message about it being tight by hand and after about 8 inches of filament going in, it is. I am using 1.75 diameter filament.

@Bill Another attempt at alignment shows this. The bottom gear is aligned, but the top is high

@Bill This is the closest I was able to get the gears aligned, but due to the length of the gears I was unable to align them well with the bearings. If I push the bottom one up more, the top one is to far up on the bearing, same for the other way around. I was able to pull filament strongly up until it was about to reach the Adapter. I thought that it may be tension on the tubes, so I remove all of the zip ties and it still would advance no further.

@Bill @Bill I actually think that it is related to this issue OP us having. I looked at your comment to him and it appears my bottom gear is misaligned.

@Bill I can select the filament with the button just fine, but when I go to advance or retract the filament using the button it get hung up until I assist by either pulling or pushing the filament. This happens before the filament reaches the Y Adapter.

@Bill I am also having this issue with my Ender 3 v2, filament will only move with my assistance.
