Support

I'm a little confused with the pulse loading the filament. So from what I've seen when you push the button once you get a pulse and when you go push it again you hold it down to load the filament in, but what mine is doing when I click it and get the once pulse it loads it in doesn't let me hold it down to load it all the way in. when I click on it for 2 pulses it unloads 1 and starts to load 2 i don't even have to hold the button down so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if it is doing it correctly and help would be greatly appreciated.
