Not loading filament to extruder

MK4. I've followed the videos and everything is working correctly except when I start a print my gcode skips the step of doing my 20 second load from y pipe to extruder but it does do the 86mm load from extruder to hotend. its like i have a gap in the starting g code but it will continue to print nothing and do the unload properly and then again not load from y pipe.

Well, it's in your code as a E25 and an E61... are you sure the extruder is grabbing the filament? Remember, there are two things at play here... one, the E25 should be running at the same time as the 20000 second button press (technically, by adding one more second while the e motor is turning)... so it'll keep pushing it while it's loading that first inch into the extruder. And two, any distance that is actually loaded into the extruder before it lets off that button press, will normally come up a little short in the nozzle. So, can you determine exactly where the end of the filament is at? It might just be a little short and you just need to tune the E61 portion.
