3Dchameleon MK3 wont load filament

Hi, recently got around to setting up my 3d chameleon mk3 kit on my Aquila X2 but I can't seem to get the chameleon's extruder to load properly. I'lll follow the directions on the website and youtube tutorial (press 1 second to load color 1 etc), but it seems to not want to load the filament. It only puts the motor in the correct position if that makes sense. Not totally sure how to explain it. I've tried switching the wires around a few times but same problem occurs. Attached is a picture of my motherboard setup. Please let me know if there's any troubleshooting steps. Thanks!

Are you sure you're in Mode 2? Press and hold the button for 10 pulses... When you let off, it will respond with 1, 2 or 3 pulses indicating the mode. Keep doing the 10 pulses press until it responds with 2 pulses.

Swapping the wires will change the directions of the motors or just cause them to vibrate, which will cause it to fail... Please make sure you restore the correct order in order for it to be able to turn them in the proper direction. The correct order should be black, green, blue and red in that order with the red on the same side as the red on the switch wire.

Also, any videos you can send me of what exactly it's doing will help me diagnose it.
