Extruding Issue With Channels 2 & 4

I'm reaching out because I'm encountering a problem with the 3D Chameleon four-channel extruder on my Ender 3 Pro printer, and I'm hoping for your guidance. I've set up everything according to the instructions, but I'm facing an issue with channels 2 and 4. Although these channels seem to be active, they are not successfully moving the filament.

I've attached a short video to illustrate the problem. Any insights or suggestions you could provide would be immensely helpful. I'm eager to fully utilize the innovative capabilities of your product and am looking forward to your expert advice to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

James Portis

Can you pull the drive motor off and make sure the grub screw is tightened onto the shaft. More than likely, it's not and is just spinning.
