Recommendations for a different Y-splitter?

The last challenge I am having is getting the filament to pass through the y-splitter with 100% confidence. I have sanded the inside of it to make it a little bigger, but the filament still gets stuck. The tip shaping on the ends of the filament looks great like the ones in the green box. circled in red is where they get stuck. I also tried loosening the bolts in hopes of making this area a bit bigger.

Well... the iCloud link is actually just to a JPG, not a video. But your tips look perfect to me. When it's getting stuck, is it when it's backing it back out or when it's loading it? Also, are you sure the extruder is backing the filament out all the way before the 3DChameleon button is pressed to to remove it? If the 3DChameleon is pressed too early, the extruder can still have a hold of the filament, which will cause the 3DChameleon to not be able to move it all the way. Bill
