It didnt work as it should. I follow the steps in the videos but it doesnt behave as in the videos.
Im trying to enter in mode 3 without look.

Mode 3 is for the older Mk3 version... your unit is an Mk4, which doesn't have modes. In fact, it acts like it's in Mode 3 all the time, because that is the only one supported on the Mk4.
