K1 Max issue...
When my printer does a bed mesh, I run into, and move, my switch in the back right... do people change printer dimension to avoid this? I am thinking of making max y297, which is where my switch hits.

With that said, it seems that something has changed it on your printer, as none of the K1s I've seen have this issue with the stock settings.
