MK4 A parts now produce large gap when assembled.
I printed the NEW MK4 parts and the 2 A parts produce a noticable gap when assembled which cause the B&C parts to move angled not parallel.Any ideas?

Your parts are not printed correctly. That gap is due to the issues you're having with the bottom layers. That curl on the bottom should not be present.
When you print our parts, you need to print them all at the same time and in the same orientation so that any error is across every part, which minimizes that issue. It looks like your z height has not been properly calibrated as well as your bed adhesion. You'll need to fix those issues first.
