Tubing clamps?
Might be a stupid question. How do you release the PTFE tubes from the extruders and reinsert them securely? I can't figure out where the clamps are. I"m installing the extruders outside my enclosure for easier loading and would like to run the tubing through the top.

Do you mean inside the 3D Chameleon itself? Those are 4mm Brass Compression Fittings... they're crimped onto the tubes... you must disassemble the unit to remove them.
