Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro
I have sent a couple of emails to this company but not had any response so I’m hoping someone can help me out.
I have an Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro and wondered how difficult this is to install and if I need to do anything special?
I’m hoping that if I order this great looking device that I’ll actually receive and receive it faster than the email reply I’m still waiting on 🤣

We have videos on our website on how to install it. Because the system is universal, there isn't a one size fits all installation process, but our play list covers most installations.
As for ordering, you simply order it off our website.
