Filament gets stuck on K1C

So I got my 3dc working I haven't printed a full project yet but I am facing a couple of issues and it's on my K1C

first issue the filament gets stuck on the extruder sometimes most of the times through my tests although I changed the stock PTFE with the remaining PTFE that came with it, is tip shaping issue or is it my extruder gears?

second issue I am facing with loading extruder gears doesn't always catch the filament I tried to cut them all to a 45 degree angle but is it timing issue?

every time I make a mistake the 3DC chews my filament and I have to unload it, cut it and replace it :)

is it normal for the 3dc to grind the filament, or do I have to rebuild it? I am just curious from what I read on this forum

grinding of the filament has to do with timing, its feeding too long to the extruder. A 3d clippy helps alot.....other then that its just timing tuning under it doesn't eat your filament, it seemed after i went so low in the timing wait portion of gcode that it just didn't make a difference Example say i had P17500 ,if i tried lets say P4500 ......it definitely would not hold it just for 4.5 seconds when the encoder instructions are released the timing shouldnt be a issue anymore....i was under the impression it was gonna be released at the end of last month but not yet :/ so mines gathering dust
