Filament will not pass the dual gear direct drive Titan Extruder clone (Neptune 4 Max)
Using an Elegoo Neptune 4 Max and have been going through hell trying to get this thing to work.
It seems after all the tweaking I did the problem lies in getting past the PTFE tube that is in the heat sink of the hot end assembly right before the nozzle.
I can hand push it through but for some reason the extruder can't.
Please help. I'll post pictures later when I can.

Have you tried changing that ptfe tube in your hot end?
I found during early on tip shapping I kept getting jams inside that ptfe tube before the nozzle on my N4 plus... but knock on wood, I havnt had that issue since I got tip shapping tunned nicely..
