Getting Started

I've got everything setup. Question - do I have to feed it through the original extruder like in the older setup video? I saw in the newer Youtubes that on the Ender V2 the extruder was completely removed. However, I can't tell if the hotend is a direct drive. It doesn't look like it, but before I take this whole thing apart I wanted to make sure. Also, with current setup I'm getting the tips of the filament stuck in the original extruder and the colors can not swap at all. It looks like the tip expands too much and causes a clog. I'm guessing that I need to print the "Clippy" file and get that installed.

Any help you can give me would be awesome.

I have the MK2 (purchased it last may/june).

I finally have a machine that I can tinker with.
