Those who have seen us talk in a public space know that I've given Bill probably an undeserved amount of grief for saying that the chameleon is universal, when it in fact is not. It can be, but there is no support for that to happen.
These forums are great for that support, but its not necessarily easy to find what you are looking for.
Maybe its been suggested before, but Bill I think if you were to create forum sections by printer so that those printer feedback items can be in a place that's easily isolated to find, without having to thumb through forum searching for your printer or what not - you have community support instead of so much falling on you.
For instance, I'm not going to probably come back here after I get things working. But if there was a Creality K1/ K1 Max channel in here, I may continue to follow it if I feel I'm capable of support once I get this working. You get more of a community of people trying to use a printer working together, than these one off things that keep happening.
You can also have some generic sections about the chameleon itself. Things related to drag, or tip shaping, or how the tension works - those kinds of things. I just think with much better organization where the support is in one place instead of spread all over the forums, then people can find what they need faster. Each printer could have "working setups" pinned to the top so no one has to dig. That kind of stuff.
I just think this would have helped me to shave months off of trying to get this thing to work - if support content was significantly easier to find.
