Selector Motor Issue

As you look at the box with the switch connection at the top double check that the left side motor connection on connected to the left motor and vice versa.

If that doesn't fix it I am unsure and it's definitely for bill to inform.

That switch is mounted incorrect... the green should be on the bottom in this picture. The way it is will cause the 3DChameleon's electronics to short to ground and reset every time you press it.

What are you seeing? Is it skipping, jamming or not running in the proper sequence?

Same questions as above... what are you seeing? Not feeding comes down to usually 1 of 4 things. 1) Incorrect starting sequence where it's not homed before starting a print. (Make sure the start gcode use a 7 pulse command to home it.) 2) Insufficient tension on Filament to grab/drive it. (Tune it with the printable tuning bearing carriers to inrcease the spring tension or adjust the drive gear distance to the bearing.) 3) Motor current not high enough to drive filament (Pots should be at 1 o'clock... not the default stepper driver's 12 o'clock.) 4) Blocked filament causing a greater pressure than the stepper can overcome. (This one gets more complicated... stuck in PTFE, check for PTFE damage/deformation, stuck in Y, loosen Y adapter screws 1/2 turn, stuck in extruder... ensure extruder spinning starts before 3D Chameleon stops loading it... you want them to both run at the same time as it's loadig... unloading... Tip Shaping tuning is needed.) Those are the only 4 issues I can think of that would cause it to not drive. Don't give up... I'm here to help. Bill
