PCBway bare and assembled 3D Chameleon MK4 mainboard

I have just created a PCBway bareboard and Assembled board version of the MK4 board. The only changes I have made was to put female pin headers for mounting the stepper driver boards to remove the need to solder the drivers in. Once I receive the order in the middle of April 2025 and verify the functionality I will post the links for ordering directly from PCBway.. I may have a few leftover kits to sell in the US that will have the firmware flashed for sale if everything goes as planned. Fingers crossed :)

I have a small 3D printing business... If there is enough interest I would consider selling full 3D Chameleon Kits in the USA either assembled or just parts (No warranty and no liability but I would test the components prior to shipping). Please comment if interested.

Hi Chris, the bare boards are done, just awaiting soldering. I will let you know when I have the boards and have tested them.

Should be, the challenge will be if there are tariffs, but I would be willing to give it a shot. I'll let you know once I have the kits and have tested them.

The boards are still with PCBway awaiting assembly, they had a issue with a part that needed to be resolved. As soon as I have a update I will post it here :)

Are you located in the US? Danielz.crapp wasn't able to sell his boards to the US because he is located in AUS.

Yes, I am in the US and saw the thread where Danielz.crapp metntioned the headaches involved which is what inspired me to do this.

Ok. I will say that not including stepper drivers (the part that tends to heat up and MAY catch fire) was a good call. I assume the female pins that you added will look like the CNC Shield ones? (example below)
