MK4. I've followed the videos and everything is working correctly except when I start a print my gcode skips the step of doing my 20 second load from y pipe to extruder but it does do the 86mm load from extruder to hotend. its like i have a gap in the starting g code but it will continue to print nothing and do the unload properly and then again not load from y pipe.

Ok, now that you 've posted this... where exactly is the switch located? You're setting the inital holding position to Y3, and moving to Y0 in the Start GCode, but in the Tool Change GCode, you appear to be doing the opposite.
If your switch is at zero, then you need to set the holding position to Y3 an and move to Y-3 to press it and Y3 to move away from it. Otherwise, you'll just move the opposite direction of what you want to do.
Basically, in your Tool Change GCode, swap all the Y3 and Y-3 calls so that it's Y-3 to press the button and Y3 to move off of it. You also need to set your initial location position to Y3.

Are you starting with it homed, or did you add the 7 press homing to the start gcode?
What does your start gcode look like? (This tool change gcode looks good to me.)
