Need some advice

I'm installing a 3dc on a K1C that has been rooted, and I'm having some difficulty figuring out at what point I'm tapping the switch. To make things more fun, I don't use Prusa Slicer, I use Orca Slicer (Prusa doesn't even list the K1 series as an option). If someone who has been able to get their 3DC to cooperate with their K1 or K1C could help me out, that would be greatly appreciated

I didn't get my 3dc yet it's still shipping but found this profile on their Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/233297249809810/permalink/233337163139152/

but this profile is for MK3 I believe I understood from bill that MK3 and MK4 have a different gcode

try it out and keep us updated so I know what to do on my K1C

depending on how much time you have id consider a different route then 3dc,its kool and all but ive had it laying in its box after it being iffy,filament loads would be great for the odd few to few hundreds then randomly boom filament fails to fully load usually when not near printer.....i have the K1 Max

The MK4 firmware is functionally identical to MK3 but with addition of new codes (8 pulses=next tool, 9 pulses=random tool), autoklippy and display. The MK3 profile should work fine to start with.
