I am having trouble figuring out how to use the auto clippy on my Creality CR6se with the MK4 3C Chameleon. It may be due to my inexperience in Prusaslicer, but it seem that the code pulls the filament out of the extruder past the cutter before it cuts. That renders is useless for clipping the end off. If I move the extruder moves to after the button press for the tool change and wait for 2 sec the clippy does its job fine. But then the Chameleon locks its gears on the filament and when the extruder starts to unload it breaks the y-pipe. Does any one have a clear gcode that I can look at that uses the auto clippy? BTW I was able to print successfully without the clippy but had issues with the tip shaping that would jam up the tubes. Thanks in advance.

You'd need to post your tool change gcode to understand what is happening. However, in general, it only cuts the filament once you press the button to select a new color. So, your tool change gcode should back out the filament to the proper cutting location prior to that first button press. Once you do that, if it needs to cut, it will, then you press it the second time for the filament to retract.
