I had an issue with the tubes popping out of the motor mount and had to disable it to access the pressure coupling to fix them. Now only filament #1 is pulling any filament. What should I do?

When you get it, can you post the video link here?
There are a couple of causes for that. Is this an Mk2 or Mk3 unit? (Easy way to tell is if you can see the ends of the bearings on the end of the unit, then it's an Mk2...if the end is fully plastic, then it's an Mk3.)
